2026 Invoicing and Scheduled Make-up Training Sessions
Athletes, parents and guardians,
To start. I am extremely thankful for my athletes :-) and I feel honored to have such fantastic families and relationships. I hope you and your family are all doing well.
Monthly Invoicing
We will also be moving to a monthly invoice format. You will be invoiced on the 1st day of each month. If you are aware for the upcoming month, of limited availability, we can adjust your billing to accommodate that particular month. This system will allow me time to properly plan training time availability for each month for all of my clients. If you have any questions regarding the billing schedule, please let me know.

I’m hyped to share that starting on January 1st, 2026, I’ll be offering weekly make-up training sessions and starting a monthly invoicing cycle for all of my routine weekly scheduled athletes.
Weekly make-up Training Sessions
For those who miss their regular training sessions based on any unplanned absences, you will have your choice on any of the available make-up days. Also, if there are other cancellations that occur during the month, you will also have first choice. This will give us 12 days to choose from to make-up missed training.
If for some reason you cannot use your monthly assigned training sessions in that calendar month, that you have paid for, you will carryover a credit and be invoiced for the appropriate amount of scheduled training sessions. If you have a credit carrying over from this year into 2026 you will be credited in January 2026. If you pick up additional training sessions in a calendar month, you will be billed in the upcoming month appropriately along with your regularly scheduled training sessions for the month.
If I am planning on taking scheduled time off, you will know a month in advance.
Weekly Make-Up Days and available time
• Tue: 6:00–7:00 PM
• Wed: 3:30–4:30 PM
• Fri: 6:00–7:00 PM
If you need to schedule a make-up session, just let me know ahead of time so I can reserve your day and time.
